1.  Deposit The standard deposit required for move-in is $350.   Additional Deposits may be required, depending on your credit score.  Additional Pet Deposit is $300 for the first pet (2 pets maximum).  Breed Restrictions Apply. Ask about our Corporate Rates.  One (1) Gate Remote available with an additional $20 deposit required. 2.  Rents/Lease Terms Visit the Floorplans page of this website for applicable rental fees and more detailed descriptions of our communities amenities and features.  We offer flexible lease terms; 6 - 12 month leases available. Additional Rent Premiums * Additional monthly premiums may apply. 3.
